President: Simona Tenche

Simona is a MSE 2T6+PEY and she is so grateful and excited to be serving as your President this year. As previous Orientation Chair, Hard Hat Cafe Manager, and all-around event planner, Simona loves problem solving and helping everyone with everything. Outside of Skule, she loves theatre, baking, cats, and books. If you need anything or have any questions about anything, please email her or find her in the pit. <3

Vice-President Finance: Kaiy Cao

Kaiy is a 4th-year civil engineering student who is your incoming VPF this year. In addition to his future ventures in transportation & urban planning in his degree, he has wide experience with managing all sorts of hobby clubs & associations at UofT, from Chess to Cycling to engineering game design teams to Anime & Manga. Vice-President Communications: Christina Pizzonia

Christina is a 4th year electrical engineering student (ECE2T6 + PEY) with a focus in power systems and controls. She loves reading and writing, and has previously served as senior staff writer at The Toike Oike and Editor-in-Chief at The Cannon here at Skule(TM). Outside of engineering, she enjoys running, cycling and playing the accordion. Vice-President Academic: Edith Fang

Edith is an Engineering Science (BME) 2T6+PEY. You can find her on campus in the EngSoc office and in various Skule academic project director events. Outside of EngSoc and 4th year EngSci, she loves to go to rock concerts, watch musicals and do pilates. Say hi to her if you see her around!

Vice-President Student Life: Michael Atkinson

Hi Skule, I am Michael, an EngSci 2t6+PEY in the physics option (the best one). I am a board of directors member this year in my capacity as Vice President Student Life of EngSoc, and I am super excited to be here helping make decisions which shape our wonderful community for the better on a day by day basis. Being certifiably old at this point, I have accumulated quite the rap sheet of time spent in and working with clubs, design teams, PDs, AEs, and absolutely no academic committees (hence the whole Student Life thing). I am super happy to chat with anyone at anypoint about anything (please save me from schoolwork), so do not be a stranger.

Speaker: Justin Fang

Justin is a Computer Engineering student on PEY interested in transportation modelling and planning. He was a Board Representative last year and is now the Speaker of the Board. Outside of school, he enjoys music (Ateez, Babymonster, Conan Gray), playing hockey, and running to catch the bus he will eventually miss.

At-Large Representative: Jennifer Wu

Jennifer is a Chemical Engineering student interested in biotechnology and law. She is passionate about diabetes research and is currently on her PEY as a process engineer at a bank. Outside of academics, she enjoys playing tennis, spending a beautiful evening in chess club with friends, and hanging out with her puppy.

At-Large Representative: Jennifer Xu

Jenn is a 4th year chemical engineering student who wants to do everything, be everywhere, all at once. She has experience with hobby clubs, discipline clubs, EngSoc, many PDs, and working and researching here at UofT. If you need anything or have any questions about anything related to engineering at UofT, there’s a nonzero chance she’ll have the answer and a 100% chance she can find you who you need to talk to, so reach out whenever you need!

Electrical and Computer Engineering Representative: Ayan Ali

Ayan Ali is a 3rd year ECE student interested in mixed signal ASIC design, photonic computing, VLSI, custom compilers, and high-performance computing architectures. One of their favorite pastimes is engaging in numerous STUdeNT projectS outdoors, indoors, and behind you related to both their areas of interest and beyond.

Electrical and Computer Engineering Representative: Ketevan Gallagher

Ketevan Gallagher is a 3rd year ECE student interested in cybersecurity, spatial computer science, and machine learning. They are the current president of Skule Billiards Club and the Mapping Lead for aUToronto. In their free time, they enjoy listening to rock music and decorating their coveralls.

Engineering Science Representative: Arthur Chen

Arthur is a 2nd year engineering science student that still has absolutely no clue what he wants to choose as his option. He is active in EngSoc, Skule (LOVE THE BNAD), design teams, and more, to the detriment of his academics (yes, he did oversleep for a midterm already). He’s happy to help bring up whatever questions you may have to the Board or annoy the officers for you if you message him!

Mechanical Engineering Representative: Aaryan Fredrick

Aaryan is a 3rd Year Mech from India by way of Dubai with the greatest sense of humour you’ll ever see. Okay, not really, but definitely in the top 8 billion. You’ll probably see him in the Mech Common Room playing table tennis or on the Wii (neither of which he is especially good at). Otherwise, you’ll see him consistently checking the status of Raptors games or F1 races. Follow him @aaryanismechbod for updates on major Board decisions, particularly those affecting mechies.

Materials Science and Engineering Representative: Katie Buchel

Katie is a second year materials science and engineering student interested with circuits, homeostasis, and robotics. As a certified cannon guard, Iron Dragons member, and Skule™ Canva Pro plan’s number one fan, she loves being apart of UoT’s engineering community. She recommends checking out the St Clair West TTC station (the best one) and the minecraft album (ESPECIALLY Aria Math). If you want to talk about anything, feel free to reach out!
