Hey Everyone, apologies for the delay in posting this here. It was sent out to all members of the Society on the day nominations closed (Friday, February 24th, 2023) as the .skule.ca domain was down.
The candidates list can be found here. The campaigning period for the election has ended and voting will be live between 9:00 am on Monday, March 6th, 2023 and 5:00 pm on Wednesday, March 8th, 2023. Make sure to exercise your right to vote at vote.skule.ca at that time. Other than that, hope everyone’s having a great semester and have a great rest of your weekend.

It is almost the week of reading and that means it is time for the 2T3 Officer Elections, the nomination period for which will be open between 9:00 am on Monday, February 13th, 2023 till 5:00 pm on Friday, February 24th, 2023. If you?��re interested in applying to become an officer, the election notice and nomination form can be found here. Please note, 25 signatures are required for each officer nomination and a 50$ refundable deposit is also required for nomination (details are explained further in the election notice).

IMPORTANT NOTE - The election campaign rules for this election and all future elections have undergone a major change recently (around two weeks ago). As such, I request everyone to go through Bylaw 3 thoroughly before the All Candidates Meeting to ensure a smooth campaign process.

Hey everyone, the election notice for the 2023 Valedictorian Elections can be found here. No signatures are required for the form, so it should only take a couple minutes to fill out at most!
The position is elected in a vote, with all fourth years in engineering as eligible voters. The primary responsibility is to prepare and deliver a speech at the annual Gradball.
IMPORTANT NOTE - The election campaign rules for this election and all future elections may be undergoing a major change subject to Board approval in the EngSoc Board of Directors meeting on Tuesday, January 31st, 2023. I will inform all candidates if the rules are changed and request that you please go through Bylaw 3 thoroughly before the All Candidates Meeting to ensure a smooth campaign process.
